🎠BFS Head Swap Video — V3 persistent-template demo
Swap the head of the performer in a video onto a reference identity
using LTX-2.3-22B + the
BFS Best Face Swap Video
head-swap IC-LoRA (V3).
Upload a guide video (the performance to keep) and a reference
face (the new identity). The demo builds the V3 persistent-template
composite — the reference face stays visible in a chroma-green side
strip on every frame — runs the head-swap IC-LoRA, then restores the
original framing and audio.

Tips
Landscape, close-up guide clips give the best identity fidelity.
Describe the reference face factually (eyes, hair, age range,
distinctive traits); describe the performance only as "a person".
Result: the model may still show identity drift on hard cuts or
long hair mismatches — refine the inputs before raising LoRA
strength.
Demo built on the LTX-2 pipeline stack from the official
Lightricks clean-plate demo;
composite layout follows the model author's V3 workflow recipe.
